Shipping Information

SHIPPING ON ORDERS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

All orders within the US placed by 2:00 PST time will be processed the same day. Standard delivery will be within 5 business days using the UPS Ground Delivery service. Upgrades on delivery options will be reflected on our checkout pages and will ship using Express Mail options provided by UPS.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Orders outside the US will be dispatched using the UPS International Priority service the day of ordering and can take 5-10 business days depending on where the package is being shipped (Prices vary depending on Country). Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

CUSTOM CHARGES

Leisure Society is not responsible for brokerage fees, import taxes or duties applied when the package enters the destination country. Customers should consult the customs legislation of their country. Returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the recipient.

If orders are refused by customers at point of delivery or if there is a chargeback to Leisure Society for return shipping or duties, the customer is financially responsible and it will be deducted from their credit.

SHIPPING POLICIES

Orders placed after 2:00 PST will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery times are based on orders placed before 2:00 PST on a working day, these will be processed and shipped the same day providing that your payment has been accepted and your items are in stock.

Orders placed and dispatched by Next Day Delivery on Fridays are not guaranteed for Saturday delivery, if this service is required then please call us at 949.645.8783 or email concierge@leisure-society.com to arrange.

Please Note: At the time of checkout, you may select if you require a signature of receipt at the time of delivery. If selected, someone must be present at the shipping address at the time of delivery. If at the time of check out, you choose not to select the signature option, the package will be delivered and left at recipients address regardless of the person being present to receive it.

Please Note: A person must be present at the address to collect the parcel(s). If nobody is present then a card will be left with information on how to collect your order.

FAQs

Am I able to track the progress of my order?

Once your order has been shipped an email will be sent to your email address provided with all relevant tracking information for you to track the progress of your parcel.

Which Countries does Leisure Society ship to?

Leisure Society ships to all Countries on the delivery dropdown upon checkout, if your Country does not appear on our dropdown please contact our customer services team for further information on how to ship your order.

Does Leisure Society ship to P.O. boxes or
freight forwarding addresses?

Leisure Society does ship to P.O. boxes but the method of delivery will be via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail with delivery Confirmation required, Leisure Society also ships to freight forwarders but it is the responsibility of the customer to review and submit all directions to Leisure Society before shipment of the items. If instructions are not clearly given, Leisure Society is not responsible for lost packages.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order State Sales tax will be calculated for customers in California. Duties and taxes for customers residing outside of the United States will not be calculated until they have crossed the border. Orders will be available for delivery with Delivery Duty Unpaid, therefore duties and taxes will not be figured into the final purchase price. You will instead be invoiced by our shipping partner UPS and will be liable for or charges applied to your order. In addition, should you need to make an exchange you would also be charged taxes and duties on any replacement items.

Does Leisure Society ship to multiple addresses?

You may only ship to one address per order, if your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations you will need to place separate orders for each address.

Do I need to sign for my order?

Orders valued above $500.00 must be signed for unless the customer has contacted us to signal no signature necessary.

Can I change my shipping address after
my order has been shipped?

If you would like to change your address of delivery after your order has been shipped but not yet delivered, then you may do so at a charge of $10.00.
